Please read these terms carefully before using Zidni.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zidni. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zidni.

2. Eligibility

Zidni is intended for students preparing for the Algerian Baccalauréat. If you are under 18, you may use Zidni with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, including your name, email, wilaya, and filière
  • Keep your login details confidential
  • Take responsibility for all activity on your account
  • Tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized use

4. License to use Zidni

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial right to access the lessons, exercises, and feedback for your own learning. You may not use Zidni on behalf of someone else or for any commercial purpose.

5. Acceptable use

When using Zidni, you agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or reproduce any content from the platform
  • Cheat or manipulate diagnostics, scores, or progress
  • Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
  • Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.

6. Content and intellectual property

All courses, exercises, questions, answers, and other materials on Zidni belong to Zidni or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share them without our written permission.

7. AI feedback

Zidni uses AI to generate feedback and personalize your learning path. This feedback is meant to guide you and may not always be perfect or complete. It does not replace your teachers or the official program.

8. Subscriptions and access

Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. If we introduce paid plans, we will clearly show the pricing and what is included before you subscribe.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Zidni reliable, but we provide it as is. We may update, change, or temporarily interrupt features to improve the platform or for maintenance.

10. Termination

You can stop using Zidni at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that put the platform or other users at risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Zidni is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Zidni is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific exam result.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any dispute will be handled by the competent Algerian courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for significant changes, let you know within the app. Continuing to use Zidni means you accept the updated terms.
